Thanks to everyone who helps keep the school and grounds looking great!

Bob Zink mows and takes care of the weeding every week; Ray Rapp makes sure the leaves are blown away from the school; and, Willa Wyatt makes sure the building is clean and in order.

Here is a list of some of the projects that need to be completed before the school’s 100th birthday celebration in 2028.

1. Exterior Painting.
2. Steps and Handicap Ramp Stained.
3. Enclose and complete the addition crawl space so it can be used for storage.
4. Build a concrete walk to the door of the crawl space.
5. Get parking spaces completed.
6. Design a use plan for the newly acquired property and the playground.
7. Clean the woods behind the school.
8. Get the two privies built.
9. Design a plan for the space between the Handicapped Parking area and the end of the school.
10. Design a walkway plan to safely get to the HVAC units.
11. Design a lighting, landscaping, and signage plan.
12. Pave driveway by the school.

This rehab project has been on going since December 2009, almost 16 years. Since each of us has aged, what we could do in terms of volunteer work in the past, we may be limited in what we can do now.

As we are discussing projects, we will need to identify possible contractors or volunteer groups and possible funding sources needed to get the jobs done.
