We have not enjoyed the opportunity to gather and do a little work at the school in quite a while. But now we have some work to do.
When the bead board walls went up, they were attached with air pressure nail guns which pushed the nails into the wood a little too far, leaving shallow holes in the wood, which are very noticeable. Our task is to fill those holes with caulk and then touch-up the paint.
We will begin work on Thursday, April 29 at 10:00 a.m. Everyone should bring a small bucket, a clean rag, and your lunch if you plan to stay into the afternoon. Dan Slagle will be there until at least 4 p.m. If you would like to come and help, please do so and spread the word. If you’re not sure you can do the job, come on out, we can teach you.
Please let Dan if you will be there, so he can get putty knives for all. Send an email to email@example.com.
